1. Customized Services
All astrology consultations, reports, and services offered are personalized and custom-prepared based on individual birth details and specific requirements. As per Government of India guidelines (E-commerce Rules under Consumer Protection Act, 2019), customized services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked.
2. No Cancellation or Refund Policy
- Once a consultation service is booked and payment is initiated or completed, no cancellation request will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Payments, once made, are non-refundable regardless of the situation — including but not limited to client dissatisfaction, change of mind, delay in response, or misinterpretation of the services offered.
- Any payment initiated but not successfully completed will not be considered for service processing unless full payment is received and acknowledged.
3. Delivery Timeline
- We endeavor to deliver consultations, reports, and services within the committed time frame.
- However, in rare circumstances where the service is not delivered within 30 (thirty) days from the date of confirmed payment, the customer will have the right to request a refund by formally writing to us via email at support@freeastroguide.com with complete payment details.
- If the delivery is completed after 30 days but before the refund request is raised, no refund shall be applicable.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payment
- In case of a payment failure where the payment is deducted but not received by us, the user must immediately contact their bank or payment gateway service provider.
- If any duplicate payment is received for the same service, the excess amount will either be adjusted towards another consultation or refunded after internal verification, at our discretion.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Astrology is a matter of faith and interpretation and is not a science. Outcomes may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of dissatisfaction with consultation outcomes.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal issues related to payment, delivery, or service will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [City Name, India], and shall be governed under the laws of India.
